Information We Collect

We collect the information you provide to create an account and complete verification (name, business or institution, contact details, tax identifiers, and uploaded credential documents), order and shipping details, and limited technical data such as a hashed record of compliance acknowledgments (age/RUO gate) for audit purposes.

When you reach us through a QR code or tracked link, we record an anonymous scan event (timestamp, a hashed IP, browser/user-agent, and referrer) to measure campaign reach. If you choose to join our research list, we store the contact details you submit (email and, optionally, name) together with your consent and the source of the sign-up. The research list is opt-in and you may unsubscribe at any time.

How We Use It

We use your information to verify eligibility, process and ship orders, maintain compliance audit trails, communicate about your account and orders, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information.

Cookies, Analytics & Attribution

We use a small first-party cookie that stores a random, opaque visitor identifier. This identifier is not your name, email, or IP address and is not used to identify you personally. It lets us understand how visitors discover Indr Labs and follow an anonymous path through the site — for example, which page or campaign someone arrived from and whether a visit later results in an order — so we can measure and improve our marketing.

When you first arrive, we may also record the source of that visit, such as the referring website, a campaign tag in the link (UTM parameters), an advertising click identifier, or the QR / tracked-link code you used. We log anonymous page views with a hashed IP and coarse, city-level location derived at our hosting provider's edge — never your raw IP address.

We also use third-party analytics services — Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity — to understand site usage and improve the experience. These providers may set their own cookies and process usage data under their respective privacy policies.

You can control or remove cookies through your browser settings, and clearing your cookies resets the visitor identifier. Where required, we honor applicable browser privacy signals. Declining these cookies does not affect your ability to browse or place an order.

Sharing

We share data only with service providers necessary to operate (hosting, payment processing, shipping, email) and where required by law.

Retention & Security

Verification documents are stored privately and access-controlled. Compliance acknowledgment records are retained as an audit trail. We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data.

Your Choices

You may request access to or deletion of your personal data subject to our legal and audit retention obligations. Contact us to make a request.
